The Uganda Junior Badminton Team participated in the 2024 Badminton World Federation (BWF) World Junior Championships held in Nanchang, China, from September 30 to October 2024. The team consisted of six players, all students from various secondary schools in Uganda. They were placed in Group G alongside Japan, England, Slovakia, and Batavia.

This event was a significant opportunity for these young athletes to gain international experience and showcase their talents on a global stage. Below are some of the headshots of the squad before taking off.
