I was born and raised in Kampala, Uganda, and began my photography career in 2014 as a freelance sports photographer, focusing on table tennis and badminton. My passion for storytelling through the camera lens has earned me recognition, including being named the 2019 Sports Photographer of the Year at the Uganda Press Photo Awards.

I graduated from Aptech Computer Education Uganda, where I specialized in Arena Multimedia and qualified as a media developer. My skills have taken me to various private agencies, including African Rally Archives and Kawowo Sports, where I have continued to hone my craft and capture compelling sports moments.

I am a proud member of the Uganda Sports Press Association (USPA), an organization that governs reporters, writers, and photographers covering Ugandan sports news.

As a rally enthusiast, I have spent the past decade covering motorsports across Africa, including the beloved and highly celebrated WRC Safari Rally Kenya, the African Rally Championship (ARC), the Rift Valley Odyssey known as the toughest and most adventurous mountain bike challenge and the East and Central Motocross Championship.

Away from the fast-paced, action-packed world of rally sports, I serve as the official photographer for the Badminton Confederation Africa (BCA) for the Uganda International Badminton Series and Africa Para Badminton Challenges. This role has enhanced my ability to capture the swift movements and intricate details of badminton, further honing my expertise in sports photography.
